We build garages that match the existing architecture of our customer's homes and our Ace Home team has the skills to duplicate the existing structure and exterior of their home.  By using the best building materials available, we can extend a five-year labor warranty for the assembly of structural framing components. 

Carports are an alternative that we can build for our customers as a way to add a covered and well-built space for their vehicles. We make sure the structure we construct is solid and aesthetically flows with the look of the property, so it adds value to it.

According to the Georgia Building Code, any new construction or building enlargement, alteration or repair project requires a permit issued by the Permit Office where the property is located. Only a Georgia Licensed Builder / Building Company like Ace Home is entitled to obtain a building permit to do a project of this nature. Once the permit is issued by the Building Officials, we'll be in charge of scheduling all necessary inspections and complying with the current building code, regulations and zoning ordinances. With the issuance of a building permit, all upgrades made to the property are properly recorded at the city's building office, which ensures family safety /welfare, increases property's resale value and it's a proof of safe and good quality construction for prospective/ potential buyers in the future.
