According to the Georgia Building Code, any new construction or building enlargement, alteration or repair project requires a permit issued by the Permit Office where the property is located. Only a Georgia Licensed Builder / Building Company such as Ace Home Building is entitled to obtain a building permit to do a project of this nature. Once the permit is issued by the Building Officials, we'll be in charge of scheduling all necessary inspections and complying with the current building code, regulations and zoning ordinances. With the issuance of a building permit, all upgrades made to the property are properly recorded at the city's building office, which ensures family safety /welfare, increases property's resale value and it's a proof of safe and good quality construction for prospective/ potential buyers in the future.
